About The Position
The Site Leader is a key leadership position reporting to the President of Sensorex, for all aspects of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, EH&S, working capital management, and continuous improvement initiatives at the Garden Grove site. The Site Leader is responsible for building a culture among the organization where our customers globally consistently receive superior products at a competitive lead time. The ideal candidate is results driven, process focused, a team developer, and an excellent cross-functional communicator. This role will be a member of the Sensorex Leadership team; therefore, joining forces daily with Sales & Marketing, HR and Finance, and is expected to significantly contribute to the vision and direction of the company. This role will partner with the rest of the Leadership Team deliver on revenue growth from new opportunities. The Site Leader will promote alignment with our core values across the team - Performance, Quality, Respect and Teamwork, while demonstrating Accountability/Ownership, Continuous Improvement, Customer Satisfaction and Uncompromised Trust & Integrity. This role will lead a team of 4 direct reports.
