WACKER is looking for a Site Leader / Operations Manager to join their team in Allentown. This role is critical to the efficient and effective functioning of the WSMI organization as they continue to grow and adapt to more demanding requirements. The Operations Manager will ensure all safety protocols and policies are strictly adhered to and the team is proactively managing risk and hazards. This position will provide strategic direction for the manufacturing facility, overseeing site safety, regulatory compliance, and optimizing processes to deliver the highest quality products to customers while achieving strategic objectives.
