About The Position

The Site Lead position at Bayaud Enterprises is a part-time role focused on overseeing a Day Works work crew, providing mentorship and support to individuals experiencing homelessness. The role involves managing job site activities, ensuring participant training, and coordinating logistics for the work crew. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience working with target populations, or a college degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and mental health first aid is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience providing support services to individuals who have experienced homelessness or disabilities.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a clean MVR.

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged.
• Knowledge of the rehabilitation process in relation to supported employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job site activities and ensure participant workers are trained appropriately.
• Manage logistics of the work sites including transportation, food, and equipment.
• Shop for food and supplies needed for the crew and prepare lunches as necessary.
• Develop rapport with participants and understand their job barriers.
• Provide mentorship, advocacy, and support to participants while working alongside them.
• Maintain supply of needed items and notify the Program Manager of re-order needs.
• Keep the vehicle cleaned and sanitized, and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to keep first aid kits stocked and fire extinguishers inspected.
• Engage in outreach to reach people experiencing homelessness.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with business and city partners.
