The Site Leader will serve as the primary point of contact for all Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) activities at the site, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services and support to the business. This role encompasses oversight of mobility solutions, onsite field support, end user device (laptop and phone) support, project deployment, and Business Relationship Management (BRM) activities. The Site Leader will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to drive operational excellence, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be located in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Site I&O Leadership Act as the single point of contact for all I&O matters at the site and also ensure alignment of IT services with business needs and priorities. Onsite Field Support Lead the onsite IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests and also maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper asset management. End User Device Support Oversee support for laptops, desktops, mobile and peripheral devices. Project Deployment Support Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute IT deployments (hardware, software, network upgrades, etc.) and also coordinate site readiness, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Business Relationship Management (BRM) Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points and also Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating IT initiatives, changes, and impacts.
