Requirements

  • 5-7 years of security leadership experience (supervisor level or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, access control, risk management, and incident response.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and staffing requirements.
  • Proficiency with eHub or similar workforce management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong report-writing, documentation, and administrative abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • State-required security licenses or credentials (where applicable).
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or required based on contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional security or emergency management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership and direction to all security personnel assigned to the site.
  • Oversee shift supervisors to ensure full execution of staffing, coverage, performance expectations, and incident response.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact
  • Ensure all officers are trained, equipped, and compliant with site policies, post orders, and company standards.
  • Conduct routine on-site inspections.
  • Oversee scheduling for the entire site and maintain accurate staffing levels
  • Ensure shift supervisors properly manage callouts
  • Review and approve overtime usage
  • Ensure all scheduling adjustments, documentation, and post changes are accurately entered in eHub.
  • Partner with the Account Manager (AM) to manage hiring needs, onboarding, and personnel placement.
  • Ensure enforcement of all site-specific policies, post instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and support the operation of access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies
  • Lead and oversee patrol activity, facility inspections
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
  • Maintain site-wide attendance, training records, equipment inventory, and accountability documentation.
  • Address conduct or performance issues
  • Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to supervisors and officers.
  • Ensure all corrective actions are coordinated with and documented for the Account Manager.
  • Manage uniform compliance, credential requirements, and equipment readiness
  • Lead emergency actions
  • Ensure all personnel are trained and familiar with emergency procedures and routes.
  • Facilitate and participate in drills, table-top exercises, and preparedness activities.
