At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Role Overview We are opening Harvey’s office in Dallas! We prioritize close collaboration with our customers, and we’re hiring across multiple customer functions in market. We are searching for an executive Site Lead, who will lead our new office and be the senior leader in the region. As a Site Lead, you will be the driving force behind Harvey business development in the region. This is an executive level role for a respected leader and practitioner who will build Harvey's reputation and community in the region. You will be instrumental in establishing Harvey's presence in the market, nurturing firm relationships, and driving business development. This is a foundational role that will define how Harvey builds its brand and customer base in regional markets. Why Dallas Harvey is opening a new Dallas office as part of our continued U.S. expansion, creating an opportunity to be part of a growing local team while working within a well-established enterprise sales organization. The role offers in-person collaboration , access to a strong regional enterprise market, and visibility as the office scales.

Requirements

  • Partner-level background at a law firm with a strong local reputation in the respective market
  • Deep, established relationships in the legal industry relevant to the market (e.g., Fortune 500 companies)
  • Demonstrated use of AI in personal or professional life and a strong belief that AI will transform the practice of law
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage senior-level audiences
  • Candidates must be based locally—we are seeking local expertise and exposure

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development within the assigned region, working collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders at top law firms and In House teams.
  • Represent Harvey on panels, at industry events, and in customer engagements
  • Partner with local field marketing support to accelerate business development and community engagement.
