The Site Lead, GTS Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily IT operations of BeOne Medicine's San Carlos office, ensuring seamless technology services that support core business and scientific functions. This role provides a critical interface between end users and the broader IT organization, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support and service management within both office and laboratory environments. Reporting to the Associate Director, GTS Operations Lead, North America, the Site Lead will manage local service delivery, supervise IT staff and contingent workers, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to the implementation of global IT standards and projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced biopharmaceutical setting. This role will be based in our San Carlos office 5 days a week.
