Job SummaryThe Site Facilities Supervisor will provide support the Facilities Manager / Unit Director to provide excellent customer service to our corporate client. Location: Carlisle, PA Salary $50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities

Directly manage in-house or 3rd party soft service providers, including but not limited to janitorial, trash & recycling, and waste management.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our client.
The ideal candidate will have flexible availability to be on-site as required, including responding to call-offs and participating in meetings with the night shift crew when necessary
Responsible for the Client soft service budget. Provide financial reporting as required
Manage requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work
Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and a customer service focus
The Facilities Supervisor will work closely with the site Facility Manager on day-to-day operations and assist the Unit Director in planning the facilities team’s goals, will work closely with the customer’s SMP (Site Manager Point of Contact for Amazon) to ensure that all aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW) are consistently upheld
Responsibilities include conducting weekly audit walks of the site to verify compliance and immediately addressing any issues to ensure audit readiness
Duties also include supporting daily operations such as cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, and other assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness standards meet the SOW expectations
The Facilities Supervisor must be proactive in stepping in to resolve issues as needed to maintain compliance
