Hi, Job Title: Site Janitor 100% On site, No telework offered Location: Richmond, KY JOB DIMENSIONS • Supervision Received o Reports to and receives operational and functional direction from responsible supervisor or manager. • Supervision Exercised o n/a Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience • Must have a valid driver's license. Minimum Qualifications: • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. • Must be proactive, have good organizational skills, use individual initiative, follow assignment through to • completion, and be attentive to detail. • Ability to work overtime on short notice. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Proven record as a team player required. • Ability to lift and walk with 50+ lbs. • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. • Excellent communication skills. • Effective problem-solving skills. • Good safety consciousness and awareness of safety policies and procedures. • Basic computer knowledge. Requirements
