Your Role at Delta Faucet The Site Integration Manager is responsible for the effective integration of NPD, Continuous Improvement, and compliance projects into Delta’s manufacturing operations. This leader coaches and leads a team of local site Project Coordinator, Tooling/Product Engineers, and CI Techs. This position creates the vision, strategy, tactics, and execution of Lean Management. This Leader is also a member of the plant management team and plays an integral role in the overall management of the site!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required – Engineering Preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional roles within a manufacturing facility
  • Principles and practices of product and manufacturing engineering
  • New Product Development philosophy, principles and practices
  • Extensive Lean Transformation Experience
  • Budget creation and management
  • Team building and talent development

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing all leaders within the business unit on Lean Principles.
  • Product and manufacturing process technical leadership
  • Financial Acumen for Capital Business Case requirements
  • Continuous improvement of project integration efficiency
  • Management of engineering and technical aspects of site integration with strong emphasis on Automation
  • Develop, execute, and measure site Total Cost Productivity
