The Installation Manager will work with multi-discipline contractors, commissioning technicians, design engineering, project management, and testing teams to lead the overall installation of both structural systems, racking, and automated equipment on customer sites. The Site Installation Manager primary goal is to ensure the system is installed in a timely manner, within budget, and delivered without defect through commissioning and testing to the operations team. This position will be a highly visible role and interact with all departments and levels across the company including executive management. This is a high-travel, site-based role requiring approximately 80% travel throughout the year. The Site Installation Manager is expected to work primarily at active customer installation sites for the duration of the project. The Site Installation team oversees the installation of Symbotic automation systems on customer sites. They are responsible for ensuring the systems are installed as designed and at a high quality on schedule and under budget. This group will partner very closely with the Symbotic PM and commissioning team.
