Ready to shape the future of resilient communities? We are seeking a Site Inspector to join our growing team in Medford, Albany, Newport, or Coos Bay, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality assurance efforts and collaborates with project teams to maintain construction integrity and safety.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or related industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail to identify and document any issues or discrepancies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey inspection findings and collaborate with project teams
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple inspections and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency in analyzing construction plans and specifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Monitor construction activities and identify any deviations from approved plans or potential issues
  • Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project managers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on-site
  • Provide guidance and support to site personnel regarding compliance and safety standards
