A Site Improvement Project Manager is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction and facility improvement projects from initial intake through completion. By joining KO Construction, you’ll lead client-facing project conversions, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the Site Improvement Project Coordinator to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive communication across all parties involved, including leadership and clients. Your role will require a balance of technical insight, organizational discipline, and strong communication to ensure successful project delivery. Site Improvement projects are smaller scale construction projects that can include: Disaster Recovery, Planned and Unplanned CapEx, Acquisition Rebranding and Unit Remixes and build outs. Most projects move from concept through completion under 90 days.
