The Site Facility Manager serves as the strategic leader of all campus operations for a large, vibrant private school serving grades 5 through 12 in the Green Hills area. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for overseeing a large, multi-functional facilities team, including maintenance, custodial, grounds, and security staff, while supporting a dynamic school environment with extensive athletics, events, and after-hours programming. This position requires a unique blend of hands-on technical skills and senior leadership to drive operational excellence through teamwork, planning, and coordination. The Site Facility Manager ensures the campus consistently exceeds the expectations of students, faculty, families, and leadership.
