About The Position

The Site Engagement Partner at SCA Health is responsible for overseeing revenue cycle activities within a designated group, ensuring performance metrics are met, and providing training and support to Business Office Managers. This role involves collaboration with finance partners and integration teams to enhance operational efficiency and accountability in revenue management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Office experience in an ASC setting is required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and possess supervisory skills.
• Experience training others is required.
• Knowledgeable with CMS and JCAHO regulations.
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using organizational technology platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Planner, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive all revenue cycle activity within assigned group, including metric performance and BOM training.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Business Office Managers to ensure outstanding performance.
• Work with integration teams to facilitate center integrations within the assigned group.
• Review productivity and accuracy, develop improvement plans, and seek support from leadership.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Business Office metric reviews with the team.
• Counsel staff and provide training as needed.
• Communicate findings and issues to the Director and plan for solutions.
• Co-lead metric calls with Regional Leads/Senior DFO and drive follow-up activities.
• Lead quarterly BOM calls with regions and manage system conversions.
