About The Position
The Site EHS Manager is a pivotal role within BOSK's newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant located in Stanton, TN. This position is part of a performance-based, 12-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract that focuses on providing hard services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipment within the facility, while excluding manufacturing and production equipment. The primary objective of the Site EHS Manager is to maintain a seamless operational environment by ensuring that all equipment is functioning according to specifications, thereby facilitating uninterrupted manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a robust background in maintenance and hands-on technical experience, coupled with strong leadership capabilities.
