About The Position

As a Site Diligence and Documentation Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and speed of CoreWeave’s global site selection pipeline. This role is responsible for coordinating technical and commercial due diligence across prospective data center sites, ensuring that every opportunity is evaluated consistently, thoroughly, and with decision-ready clarity. You will work cross-functionally with Real Estate, Capacity Planning, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and external partners to manage diligence workflows, documentation quality, and pipeline visibility. In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll bring structure, rigor, and accountability to complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations—helping the business move quickly without sacrificing accuracy or risk awareness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in due diligence, real estate operations, infrastructure development, site acquisition, or data center–related documentation management.
  • Proven ability to organize and maintain high-volume documentation sets across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and a systematic approach to quality control in all work products.
  • Demonstrates a highly structured approach to task management with a consistent focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of project lifecycles, ensuring consistent follow-through from inception to completion.
  • Successfully manages competing demands and shifting priorities within high-pressure or fast-paced professional environments.
  • Experience utilizing CRM or project pipeline management systems; proficiency with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret and summarize technical specifications, including utility studies, site plans, engineering drawings, and regulatory/permitting requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and project management software such as Smartsheet or equivalent tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data center, utility, or commercial real estate environments preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Geography, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Utilizes a data-driven methodology to diagnose operational challenges and execute scalable, results-oriented solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders, ensuring organizational alignment and cross-functional buy-in.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end due diligence activities for prospective data center sites across global markets
  • Collect, validate, and organize technical and commercial diligence materials, including power studies, utilities documentation, site plans, zoning, permitting, environmental assessments, and landlord deliverables
  • Own documentation quality through standardized folder structures, naming conventions, version control, and real-time updates
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across Engineering, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Operations, brokers, and utility providers
  • Monitor pipeline status and diligence milestones, ensuring systems such as Salesforce and internal trackers reflect accurate, up-to-date information
  • Prepare structured diligence packages, site summaries, and risk assessments to support leadership and internal decision reviews
  • Support market and metro-level research, including regulatory requirements, permitting timelines, utility readiness, and environmental constraints
  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing diligence workflows, documentation templates, SOPs, and cross-functional handoffs
