Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or Healthcare Administration is preferred; an equivalency can be established based on education and experience.
  • Requires at least three (3) years of employment in a leadership position with a demonstrated knowledge of program planning and implementation practices and cultivating community relationships, including supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in human services, skill in working with staff to achieve goals.
  • A thorough understanding of the above-noted services, individuals, resources, and tools.
  • Must have the ability to assess clients (and families) from a strengths model perspective, along with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop a theoretical perspective, in addition to the ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and monitors the planning, organizing, and implementation of CCBHC Services under the supervision of the Project Director.
  • Promotes the overall goals of CCBHCs by providing technical assistance, mentoring, and training to associated staff.
  • Collect data, maintain documentation, and support compliance in all facets of the CCBHC Performance Standards, Program Goals, and Objectives.
