Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Services or Healthcare Administration is preferred; an equivalency can be established based on education and experience.
Requires at least three (3) years of employment in a leadership position with a demonstrated knowledge of program planning and implementation practices and cultivating community relationships, including supervisory experience.
Expertise in human services, skill in working with staff to achieve goals.
A thorough understanding of the above-noted services, individuals, resources, and tools.
Must have the ability to assess clients (and families) from a strengths model perspective, along with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop a theoretical perspective, in addition to the ability to work with a variety of people.
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Directs and monitors the planning, organizing, and implementation of CCBHC Services under the supervision of the Project Director.
Promotes the overall goals of CCBHCs by providing technical assistance, mentoring, and training to associated staff.
Collect data, maintain documentation, and support compliance in all facets of the CCBHC Performance Standards, Program Goals, and Objectives.
