About The Position
Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Site Development Estimator to support our growing Heavy Civil division. This role prepares accurate, competitive bids for civil and site development projects throughout Southwest Florida.
Requirements
- 3+ years estimating experience in site development or heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of earthwork and utility construction
- Ability to read civil plans and bid documents
- Estimating software and Excel proficiency
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for site development and heavy civil projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs from civil plans and specifications
- Price labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractors
- Analyze construction methods, sequencing, and productivity
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability issues
- Support bid reviews and project turnover
