An Office Workplace Coordinator is an onsite role that supports various functions for the Experience Team. This individual will also be supporting projects from the broader team (Facilities, Culinary, Design & Construction) as needed. This position will work with many teams in the company which makes customer service a large part of the day to day work. This role reports directly to the Office Manager. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to tackling issues. Most importantly, the right person for this role is someone who can navigate successfully between the big and small components of their work, and is ready and willing to roll up their sleeves to do what’s needed to get the job done. You take pride in making our space both beautiful and functional, and know how important even the tiniest details are to making a space great.
