About The Position

As a Site Coordinator for our School Age Programs, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children while benefiting from: Description: As a Site Coordinator, you will lead our Before-and-Afterschool Programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational experience for every participant. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of mandatory child care training MODs.
• You need to meet at least one of the following qualifications: 6 early childhood credits from an accredited university OR CDA ( Staff Credentials)
• At least 1 year of experience in a before or after school setting.
• Current First Aid, CPR & AED certifications.
• Level 2 background check and 10-panel drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a weekly program of activities aligned with YMCA Curriculum.
• Supervise and guide staff, including daily support and performance evaluations.
• Manage all aspects of child safety, behavior, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, school faculty, and principals.
• Maintain and organize all equipment, supplies, and facilities.
• Track attendance, maintain records, and manage site budgets effectively.
• Promote and market YMCA programs, encouraging family participation.
• Ensure compliance with YMCA standards, state licensing, and agency requirements.
• Attendance at staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, including state-mandated courses.
