About The Position
This position is for the School Age Site Coordinator, who is responsible for assisting the Program Director/Senior Program Director with overall program development, training of staff, and supervision of all staff on site. The School Age Site Coordinator manages an assigned site daily, assists in long-range planning and implementation of those plans, and carries out daily scheduling and planning. This role is expected to uphold YMCA policies and philosophy and to use these objectives as a basis in working with everyone, including participants, teachers, and caregivers.
