Site Cleaning Services Manager
About The Position
The Site Cleaning Services Manager is a dynamic individual responsible for the day to day site management of the account. They will ensure all work is completed within budgetary and safety guidelines while maintaining the highest level of quality standards. Problem-solving is required to identify issues and recognize shortcomings and effectively carry out solutions. People in this role assess different options and choose the best course of action, often daily. The client site is a fast-paced critical production environment; the Site Cleaning Services Manager must be able to lead the team effectively within such a dynamic location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least 3 years in a similar role or related experience and/or training.
- Collaborative management style
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams
- Strong computer literacy and budgeting experience
Nice To Haves
- College experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Train, manage, and motivate staff development
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with legislation
- Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority for staff
- Communicate effectively with the customer to meet deadlines
- Drive a culture of excellence and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor the appearance of the premises; ensure it is kept clean, tidy, well organized, fully stocked, and staffed
- Order supplies/ equipment as needed for services within budget
- Deal with complaints or difficult situations in an efficient and professional manner
- Direct completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints
- Enforce work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Optimize planning, operations, and resources to ensure maximum capability is attained
- Process/review and approve payroll for the employees onsite
