We are looking for a Site - Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in New Cumberland, PA! In this important role, you will be responsible for coordination of technical activities on assigned projects. Projects typically involve a broad range of municipal-related infrastructure projects, including civil, land development, water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects. Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours a week. We are proud of our ability to offer flexibility to provide a better work life balance. You will be able to work remotely in a hybrid arrangement and take advantage of our flextime policy. Salary Range: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Pay range 85 - 120K. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
Minimum 4+ years of Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or similar experience
Minimum Pennsylvania EIT - Pennsylvania PE or RLA Preferred
Technical proficiency in using the latest versions of AutoCAD, Civil 3D
Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and production aspects of projects.
Site grading, stormwater, erosion control, utilities and related project work.
Regular communication and contact with clients and sub-consultants.
Assisting in the marketing of N&W's services as well as the preparation of engineering project proposals.
Monitoring of regulations that affect our clients, our industry and N&W.
Participation in client/contractor meetings and resolution of client/engineering project issues.
Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Preparing project status reports when requested by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends as well as recommending action.
