Prov is seeking a Remote Site Audit Specialist to support and to support our nationwide testing operations. What You'll Do As a Site Audit Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, compliance, and performance of testing sites across the country. You'll monitor operations, enforce standards, and step in quickly to resolve issues as they arise-all from a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Experience in audit, compliance, operations, or quality assurance roles
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce standards consistently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting issues in real time
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage structured desktop audit programs
  • Oversee video monitoring audits to ensure testing integrity and compliance
  • Enforce regulatory and procedural standards across all testing locations
  • Evaluate site performance and manage corrective action processes
  • Maintain and manage testing site scheduling systems
  • Oversee proctor allocation and staffing adjustments across locations
  • Coordinate candidate rescheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for exam launch and technical issues
  • Ensure operational continuity across multiple sites and time zones
