About The Position

The Site Analytics Analyst enables and empowers the digital site merchandising organization by providing analytic insights that support strategic planning, tactical execution, and customer experience optimization. This role develops and delivers business intelligence, presenting actionable reporting and analysis to inform decision-making. The analyst supports the business by analyzing FOB performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Product. They manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality insights and impactful recommendations to drive business decisions and growth.

Requirements

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to research and monitor business performance in real time, identifying issues and opportunities as they arise.
  • Data Interpretation & Storytelling: Effectively translate complex data into meaningful insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and set clear timelines for deliverables.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Site Merchandising, Marketing, and Omni Merchandising, to provide actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and optimize digital merchandising strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data, monitoring potential inconsistencies and reporting them to management.
  • Self-Motivation & Ownership: Demonstrate initiative in taking ownership of projects, driving meaningful impact, and delivering results.
  • Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Merchandising team by analyzing FOB business performance and identifying opportunities to enhance the site experience. Develop measurement plans and KPIs to assess the success of new optimizations and strategies.
  • Partner with Site Merchandising, Marketing, and Omni Merchandising to provide a digital perspective on category business analysis and how we are tracking towards financial targets with actionable insights.
  • Leverage analytics tools to answer business questions, communicate performance trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support FOB teams in achieving business objectives. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Lead bi-weekly Analytics Office Hours, creating content and delivering training for the site merchandising organization.
  • Work with site merchandising leadership to develop Adobe dashboards and establish measurement strategies that improve automation and reporting efficiency. Monitor data integrity in Adobe, identifying potential issues and reporting them to management to ensure enterprise data accuracy.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.
