About The Position
The Administration Department at Mount Magnet is seeking a Site Administrator to join the team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of site administration tasks, particularly in the areas of Flights & Accommodation and compliance within INX Inflight and Intuition. The position is structured around a FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) schedule from Perth or DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) from Geraldton, working 8 days on and 6 days off. As a Site Administrator, you will report directly to the Administration Manager and play a key role in coordinating site entry requirements for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include the coordination of flight bookings, rosters, and accommodation for personnel. You will also be responsible for conducting weekly compliance checks on personnel records within INX, ensuring that records are updated as required. Additionally, you will manage site personnel HR records and process vendor invoices for payment. Producing, reviewing, and submitting reports as required will also be part of your duties. It is essential to follow all responsibilities outlined in the Health & Safety Management Plan and to complete tasks and requirements as directed by the Commercial Manager. Furthermore, you may be required to provide coverage in other areas of the Commercial and Administration department as needed.
