Primary Job Responsibilities: Payroll: Must possess a thorough understanding of B2W (Payroll system for Foremen and Craft employees) and Keystyle (Payroll system for salaried employees). Understand and execute Personnel Action Forms, Labor Cost Adjustments, & UKG. Administrative/Operations: Establish and maintain a professional work environment while performing daily office responsibilities. Promptly answer the telephone; distribute incoming and outgoing mail; order office supplies and set up and manage FedEx/UPS shipments; type correspondence reports and other documents as needed to support site activities. Greet/treat all visitors, new hires, and employees in a positive and professional manner. Ability to effectively and with empathy communicate with all levels of craft and management. Assist corporate in the maintenance of company assets. May prepare various daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and job-to-date reports. Human Resources: Support Human Resource needs between the field and the main office. Cooperate with Site Supervision to complete and submit employee documents (separation of employment, rehire/transfer form, application); assure employee orientation packets are distributed, participate in training programs, return all Human Resource materials to Denver at the end of the project. Operations: Assist Site Supervision in establishing utilities and mail, and basic delivery services; perform routine office maintenance and help coordinate cleaning, office machine maintenance etc.; run errands as needed. Safety: Communicate location and access of emergency room and clinic, and post emergency services and telephone numbers as require. Assist Safety Manager as needed. Additional job functions: Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
