About The Position

The Site Acquisition Associate will assist the project team with varying degrees of direct project responsibilities while developing a baseline knowledge of the telecommunications site development process. Project work will focus on new site development of macro and small cell sites, the modification of existing telecommunications facilities, and other project types as required. Direct project responsibilities will focus on candidate selection, file audits and leasing activities including landlord interactions. Development of project skills will focus on the required interactions of all disciplines, project reporting and understanding the entire telecommunications site development project cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred.
• 0-2 years' work experience in a professional environment.
• Previous exposure to real estate principles, terms and definitions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interest in learning the telecommunications industry.
