About The Position

As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator at Capstone Logistics, you will play a crucial role in our high-performance culture, which emphasizes strong relationships, challenging the status quo, and delivering results. Your primary responsibility will be to select products throughout the warehouse using various warehouse equipment, including single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, and forklifts. You will also be tasked with other duties as assigned by site leadership, which may involve the use of VoCollect, RF scan-guns, or reading manual tickets. Success in this role requires experience in safely operating a stand-up forklift, as well as a high-energy attitude and a strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision, making independent decisions as necessary to accomplish tasks. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential due to changing operational needs, and you will need to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks as assigned. The position involves sitting or standing for extended periods in both office and warehouse environments, which may include concrete flooring and varying temperatures, as well as walking throughout the warehouse during your shift.
