About The Position

CJ Logistics is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be a crucial part of warehouse operations, safely maneuvering forklifts to ensure products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored efficiently. This role makes a tangible impact on the supply chain, contributing to the delivery of excellence globally. CJ Logistics America delivers integrated and multimodal logistics services, connecting every corner of the world via air, sea, and land. They act as a lead logistics partner (LLP), third-party logistics provider (3PL), and supply chain consultant, helping customers leverage supply chain management for competitive advantage, reducing costs, transforming business processes, improving service, and facilitating growth. CJ Logistics is responsible for the North America region, specializing in solutions for regulated industries such as food and beverage, consumer-packaged goods, healthcare and medical supplies, and tire and automotive.

Requirements

6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently

Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day

Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
Jump in with manual case picking when directed
Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
