About The Position

The Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for efficiently moving products and materials within a production or warehouse environment. This role involves operating industrial vehicles and equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0 - 3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ year prior warehouse, stocking, or forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a basic drug test and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to move products and materials.
• Transport raw materials, full goods, and finished goods to designated areas.
• Load and unload designated trailers and route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Manually move products and materials as required.
