About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving Oracle's sales success by generating high-quality sales opportunities and expanding our industry market share. Your primary mission will be to connect with prospective clients and create 5-Star leads that convert into revenue through strategic outbound campaigns and multi-channel outreach. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social outreach, to generate and qualify leads. You will contribute to growing Oracle's industry market share by identifying and nurturing new revenue opportunities. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with your team, sharing best practices and supporting your colleagues to ensure collective success. Additionally, you will conduct thorough account research to uncover prospective customer needs and industry trends, which will inform your strategic engagement with clients. To succeed, you will need to develop a deep understanding of Oracle's product offerings, particularly the One Oracle stack and GIU solutions, to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
