Shaw Industries is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our SIS team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for annuity clients, overseeing all aspects of account service and program execution. The Account Manager plays a key role in onboarding new accounts, implementing service programs, and maintaining long-term client relationships across market segments such as government, retail, corporate, education, healthcare, specified living, and hospitality. Success in this role is measured by the ability to manage service operations efficiently, maintain accurate account data, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet client expectations. This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Associates are expected to work in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Monday and Friday are remote workdays, unless business needs require on-site presence.
