About The Position
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of demand forecast creation and reporting within a dynamic Data Solutions value stream. You will coordinate forecasting and reporting processes across various teams, including sales, product management, and operations. Your role will involve creating and maintaining forecasts for several product lines, partnering with operations to establish production plans based on targeted inventory and capacity levels, and analyzing inventory levels and product backlog. You will also develop and analyze supply/demand scenarios for the business, make and revise capacity calculations for short, medium, and long-term needs, and review and establish inventory planning parameters. Utilizing root cause countermeasures, you will provide solutions aimed at delighting our customers. Building and maintaining working relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, pricing, customer service, marketing, operations, and finance, will be crucial. Additionally, you will update recurring business management reports and lead projects that require the application of your knowledge and business experience to improve processes.
