Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we expect this position to play a critical role in achieving our objectives.   We are seeking a SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) Analyst who enjoys working as a member of a cross-functional team to solve problems and improve performance.  This position will be a member of the Trystar SIOP team and will work with other parts of the organization and team members to maximize success for Trystar and our customers.  Reporting to the SIOP Director, the SIOP Analyst is responsible for improving the data infrastructure of the SIOP process, enabling process efficiency and effectiveness to allow scale in a dynamic, high growth environment. In addition to enabling efficiencies, this role will get the opportunity to perform meaningful analysis participate in the development of new capabilities, with specific focus on developing material forecasting processes.  The SIOP Analyst will participate in all aspects of the SIOP process, partnering with demand, supply, engineering, and operations stakeholders to provide meaningful analysis to improve outcomes for our customers.    We are looking for people who believe in our guiding principles and values of: Safety – We believe everyone should leave Trystar facilities in the same or better condition than when they arrived. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Management, or other quantitative fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand or supply planning, financial forecasting, supply chain analytics, or other planning or finance roles
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on managing, manipulating, and presenting large data sets
  • Proficient use of business systems and Microsoft Office tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP and other demand planning systems, with Epicor being a plus
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to analyze data and streamline planning processes
  • Experience with data visualization tools, a plus (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to document, streamline, and automate complex processes
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) & org. skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Effective in working in a cross functional environment and comfortable engaging with senior executives
  • Detailed oriented, self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable with numbers
  • Ability to drive end to end work streams with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, adept at problem solving
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10%

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to enhance the SIOP process, advancing analytical capabilities and process efficiencies to better meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain planning BOMs, partnering with Engineering and Sourcing to ensure accuracy and effective execution
  • Participate in the material forecasting process, managing forecast load and reconciliation as part of the monthly SIOP cycle in collaboration with Production Planning and Sourcing
  • Assist key stakeholders with data aggregation and analysis, with emphasis on developing data strategies for recent M&A integrations and high‑volume, low‑mix product categories
  • Measure and analyze SIOP key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and developing strategies to improve performance
  • Conduct scenario‑planning analyses and present expected outcomes to stakeholders to mitigate risk and support execution
  • Partner with the SIOP team to develop and implement digital tools and strategies that enhance planning capabilities
  • Collaborate with IT and data owners to strengthen master data and transactional data accuracy, enabling improved process capabilities and efficiencies
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools to analyze data and enhance, streamline, and scale SIOP and operational processes
