About The Position
Scenergy Dating LLC, DBA The Dating Doc, is seeking a qualified Fitness & Wellness Singles Events Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This part-time role is designed for individuals who are passionate about fitness and wellness and are eager to create engaging social events for singles. The Dating Doc is a premier dating service that offers an alternative to traditional dating methods through social events and expert coaching. Our mission is to humanize the dating experience for singles who are tired of the swipe culture and are looking for meaningful connections. As the Fitness & Wellness Singles Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for hosting various dating-related events and mixers that cater to approximately 20-40 singles. These events will focus on fitness and wellness activities such as meditation, jogging, running, yoga, and other related social activities. Your role will involve managing the participant roster, engaging with attendees, explaining the selected icebreaker or activity, and overseeing all event-related tasks to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Compensation for this position ranges from $25 to $40 per hour, with a minimum of three hours of pay guaranteed per event, regardless of the event's duration. You will also receive a minimum of two hours of in-person training, which may extend up to ten hours, provided by an experienced event coordinator. This training will cover essential tasks, event scripts, and role-playing scenarios to prepare you for your responsibilities. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, as events may take place on weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and event management, with at least one year of experience in each area. Additionally, candidates must be willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX, before starting work.
