The role requires reviewing schedules, production authorizations, logbooks, overdue reports, and other relevant information sources to determine work assignments. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area is essential. The position also includes setting control settings on welding equipment for various material variances, checking broadcast sheets and reference drawings for parts requirements, obtaining necessary materials, cleaning welds, completing production reports, performing routine maintenance on welding equipment, and ordering materials and supplies as needed.
