Description Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on simulators and associated simulator systems. Assist in diagnosing and correcting routine problems on simulators and associated systems. Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight tasks on designated simulators. Perform basic visual alignments. Run automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG). Utilize the maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities. Complete all designated training activities. Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications. Learn and comply with CAE’s Quality Management System. Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner. Perform logistics duties, including parts receiving, repair, testing, and validation. Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required. Perform all required administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2‑year technical degree or equivalent related training.
  • 0–2 years of direct simulator experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints and schematics.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital theory.
  • Basic skills in operating test equipment.
  • Basic soldering and circuit‑board repair skills.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office tools/suite.
  • Strong motivation for customer support and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
