In this role, you will manage and operate advanced simulation technology, creating lifelike patient scenarios that prepare students for real-world patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical, healthcare, or IT-related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with technology, equipment management, or IT troubleshooting.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with simulation software or other high-tech equipment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical scenarios.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and control high-fidelity, software-driven manikins during simulations.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot simulation equipment and software.
  • Serve as the 'voice of the patient' to make scenarios realistic and engaging.
  • Coordinate and schedule simulation sessions, including preparation of all equipment.
  • Order, track, and maintain simulation supplies.
  • Collaborate with instructors and other team members to ensure smooth, effective training experiences.
