The Simulation Operations (SIM Ops) Specialist I for the College of Nursing will be responsible for supporting the daily operation and set up of simulation technologies and environments used in undergraduate, graduate, and interprofessional learning. This role focuses on preparing skills labs, high-fidelity simulation events, and related technologies to ensure effective experiential learning experiences. The SIM Ops Specialist I will provide hands-on support for simulation activities, including setting up equipment, operating simulation systems during sessions, and maintaining a functional learning environment. Collaboration with the simulation program leadership, faculty, simulation educators, and operations staff is essential to deliver high-quality learning events. This position will provide support across the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota campuses, as well as at CAMLS for the CRNA program.
