POSITION DESCRIPTION : The Simulation Operations Specialist I (Sim Ops 1) provides foundational technical and operational support for the simulation center. This role is the tactical execution arm of the department, ensuring that physical spaces, task trainers, and digital recording environments are perfectly prepared for daily medical student training. The Sim Ops 1 is responsible for the setup and teardown of procedural labs, such as suturing, urethral catheterization, and ultrasound/POCUS stations, and manages the live, day-of recording processes within the center's audiovisual systems to ensure high-quality debriefing materials.
