The Advanced Technologies Group (ATG) within Astec Digital is dedicated to advancing innovation through simulation, research and development, machine learning, and analytics. The simulation engineer is responsible for performing computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulations to support new product development and ongoing engineering initiatives. The simulation engineer is expected to develop strong proficiency in CAE methodologies—including model building, analysis, and reporting—using tools such as discrete element method (DEM), multi-body dynamics (MBD), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
