About The Position
The Simulation Educator collaborates with faculty and staff across various programs to ensure that learners are developing the clinical skills needed for patient care. Leads experiential education by developing, implementing, and overseeing programs through both the Medical Simulation Center (MSC) and Clinical Skills Education Center (CSEC). Performs necessary administrative duties needed for the Medical Simulation Center and Clinical Skills Education Center to run smoothly. Maintains and integrates knowledge of current clinical skills, communication theory, and adult learning theory into the activities of the MSC and the CSEC. Performs other duties as needed.
