About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Allied Health or Nursing (RN) field.
• Previous simulation experience.
• Strong leadership skills that promote dedication, creativity, innovation, and growth.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Allied Health discipline or Nursing (RN).
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Allied Health and Nursing faculty to manage and administer simulation laboratories.
• Establish and update policies and standard practices related to simulation technology.
• Maintain the simulation inventory system and schedule lab/equipment use.
• Provide advice and orientation to instructors regarding simulation laboratory procedures.
• Coordinate training for faculty in the use of simulation instruction.
