We are currently searching for a SIM Engineer : Responsibilities: Execute SIM and device provisioning activities and lifecycle tasks including activation, deactivation, and updates. Monitor SIM and device systems for performance, errors, and health checks to ensure reliable operations. Perform first-level troubleshooting of SIM-related incidents, gathering logs and escalating to senior engineers when necessary. Maintain accurate operational documentation , including logs, trackers, and reports for audits and daily workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate SIM operations during device onboarding and rollout activities. Ensure compliance with security practices and organization-approved configuration standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science , or a related field. Understanding of SIM technologies and wireless network fundamentals (telecom concepts). Basic knowledge of provisioning systems , device activation processes, or OSS/BSS flows. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow structured escalation guidelines. Adaptability to learn SIM engineering practices in a fast-paced environment. Desired: Familiarity with eSIM, SIM profile management , or OTA provisioning. Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira . Exposure to operational monitoring platforms or device engineering environments. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
