About The Position

The Silverware Roller is responsible for preparing and maintaining clean, properly rolled silverware for service. This role plays a key part in supporting servers, ensuring readiness for guests, and maintaining Saltgrass Steak House standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Roll clean silverware neatly and consistently according to Saltgrass Steak House standards
• Ensure silverware is polished, clean, and free of water spots or debris
• Stock rolled silverware at designated service stations throughout the restaurant
• Assist servers and management with side work as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rolling and storage areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Communicate shortages or issues with silverware or supplies to management
• Support smooth front-of-house operations during peak service times
