About the position

The Silicon Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for silicon products through thorough failure analysis and the implementation of quality control processes. This role requires collaboration with various teams to address quality issues and drive improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough failure analysis on silicon products to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and drive improvements.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Analyze data and generate reports on product quality metrics, trends, and performance.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the production team to enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on silicon products.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.
