Requirements

  • Strong software skills. Comfortable with MS Office, G-Suite, Trello, and other collaboration software programs.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and co-workers.
  • Detail Oriented. Ability to check facts and identify spelling errors before submitting work. Ensure all information is professional and error-free.
  • Positive attitude. You come to work on time, ready to succeed.
  • Time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Personally Driven. Continually improving skills and abilities. Open to being taught and sharing knowledge with those around you.
  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess valid Drivers License and Proof of insurance with a commercial use rider. Must also have a reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum of three years experience in the position of Sales or Estimator for company of comparable size or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to present and speak in public.
  • Ability to exercise integrity, at the moment of choice and think/reason strategically.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret job estimates and reports.
  • Advanced computer skills including software, hardware, programs, and application.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, gross margin, mark-up, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as map reading, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak English effectively with customers, employees, or the public in general.
  • Candidates who are offered a position with our company must pass a drug screening test & sign a non-competition agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with and accept delegated tasks from the Sales Manager.
  • Meet with customers, conduct site surveys and project assessments, produce estimates, secure necessary permits, pick-up & delivery of materials, supplies, signs, etc., file & proof generation, follow-up on proofing with customers, installation supervision, final billing and project closeouts.
  • Communicate and coordinate task details
  • Respond quickly to inbound phone, email, chat, and in-person communication from clients, potential clients, and vendors.
  • Create and send quotes to clients
  • Maintain CRM including cleanliness of digital records
  • Manage multiple projects through a sales & production process, ensuring target deadlines are met
  • Track & report on your efforts
