It requires a MINIMUM of THREE (3) days per week, including nights and weekends Full-Time requires full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights and holidays You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role Demonstrate 5 years of experience in culinary field/restaurant, or a culinary degree and 3 years of related experience Able to effectively work independently or as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills; proven leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead a team in a very fast-paced environment Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for working in the kitchen Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events This posting is seeking candidates to fill multiple roles in California.
